I taught high school ceramics for nearly 15 years. The images below are a selection of student work from my high school classes at Malvern Preparatory School and Pitman High School.

When I look at these images, I can recall fond stories from almost every piece. Helping students to exceed their own expectations in a media that is brand-new to most has been one of the greatest joys of my teaching career. Examining the images as a body of student work, I can trace changes in schedule, makeup of my classes, and student interest over the years.
