For this project, each student interviews someone he respects, records that interview, and uploads it to SoundCloud. Working with the principle of emphasis, students choose one quote that provides an entry point to the conversation, and design that quote with appropriate typography. Applying the basics of vector drawing that students have learned in previous project work, students create a vector drawing that illustrates the key elements of the interview. Finally, students learn how to create a custom QR code that links directly to the recording of their interview
